"Help I can't get into the chat/am banished" questions

Like everyone else who posted here, I've been banned from the chat. I can't use any of my characters, (which include Lish, Aadi, Queen, and Trish) I've tried the contact form but it says that it's not working properly, to contact the staff directly. How can I do that?

This is the fourth time this has happened to me. I am off line for a day or two then when I come back and try to log on it says I am banished. I get no warnings, no emails nothing. I have had pleanty of threats that it would due to various other RPers who hate my char. But I would like to know what is going on since this is the fourth time this has happened. And it takes at least three to four days before things get fixed and I never find out why it has happened.

I recently joined The Keep, on November 29th to be exact.

I only have two characters, Eide, and Markas. Markas was created today.

After logging in with Markas, I was disconnected for inactivity, and when I attempted to log back in, I recieved a message stating I was banished.

I have not, to my knowledge, broken any of the rules set out in the AUP.

Last thing that happened before receiving the Banishment message was relogging multiple times, due to being kicked for inactivity.

I submitted an email through the Contact link, and came here after seeing "Currently our Contact Form isn't working properly. Please contact the staff directly at the forums."

I would like an explanation if at all possible. My contact information is as follows.

Well, what do you know...five years later, and it's finally happened. I was mid-RP, got red-lighted, and then all of a sudden I was banished with no explanation or warning...

If someone could get back to me, it'd be much appreciated...especially considering the "Contact The Staff" button tells you the service is down.

I was recently banned by global Moderator Syn for ... well, the reason wasn't actually explained to me. But I assume it had something to do with my name. As it occured on December 2nd EST 21:35 ... the rules, which I also have to assume, are to change on the 4th, haven't been broken. But really, I don't know why I was banned. It was a warn - ban kind of deal. Not warn - kick - ban.

So if I could be unbanned, that'd be greeaat :lumberg:

The bans on Eide and Markas were lifted for a day, and when I tried to log in today, they were both banished again. :/
It is just a tiny bit frustrating.

Eide, Markas and your two other logins are no longer banned from any of the default rooms. There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to get in.

Eide, Markas and your two other logins are no longer banned from any of the default rooms. There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to get in.

I dunno if I'm posting in the right place, but it appears to be correct. My broswer just shut down, and when it was reopened I couldn't log in with any of my characters. I know my brother had been on tk and was kicked earlier from the same room I was, but I wasn't aware that he was banned....and if he was,I think thats what the issue is. Though I have done nothing wrong I beleive I am banned from the same IP address. Could someone help?

I was roleplaying today in a private room. I got kicked for what reasons I do not know. I saw no warnings nor anything, I just checked that profile I was on having this picture added to it and my profile erased. http://i44.tinypic.com/2ibkx03.jpg I havent a clue what I did wrong, had I been asked to undo anything I would have yet I wasnt, I had nothing that was illegal on my account, nore did I have a image at all. Can someone please tell me what I did wrong?

There is nothing indicating the staff took any action against you, nor is your picture an issue of any kind. The profile deletion bit somewhat puzzles me, but aside that, it'd appear it was the private room owner's doing, or a really bad bug.

As long as you're not banned from anywhere, there's little else that can be done.

I was banned from the chat itself, not just kicked. I cant get on anymore and now I am rather annoyed. I am worried it happened to the person I was role playing with as well. A few friends said I might have gotten hit by a hacker.

See, this is why we ask for the whole list of your characters. The one in, shall we say, infraction was your Voraphile profile. This is not something acceptable, and therefore it got removed.

I looked over the rules, And as far as I am able to decern, I broke none of them. It also states that a warning would be given, yet I got none from mod or admin, the name of my character should matter not when it comes to the chat, how my profile is set would matter more, but I did not have anything in there that would be considered illegal from what I could tell. Would you ban someone for no reason without giving any choice to avoid it? I do not go around spamming, I do not flame users. I stick to myself and speak with a select few without causing insident amongs many within the chat. How is it fare to remove one without even warning them? Would that not be a way of removing those you wish to keep?
