I didn't get caught because I'm not a hacker, I am admitting to SAYING I was going to hack TK. And yes I am really into RP which is why I have been trying for several months to continue my RP's. I'm not a hacker, I'm not a troll. I am just a lonely nerd wanting to RP, I'm spilling my guts here to you people not for any other reason than to be able to log into TK again. I'm a good boy now I just had alot of issues in my personal life that I was dealing with that made me not a very happy person.

I know you've probably been hearing this a lot during the last couple months. But do you think that Knight could get unbanned? Maybe put him on a trial period. I know he was not-so-nice to some people, but neither is anyone else on TK. Yes, I understand that he got caught doing a bad thing, but aren't there worse things to be concerned about. How about put him on a trial period of like 2 months and see if he trolls, maybe you don't have time to do that. But get other RPers to watch him too....Please..I would much appreciate it myself.

This situation baffles me, you said I was banned for trolling, that was your initial reason for me being banned. Then you changed your reason to "Ban evasion". I was on TK RPing the night after I did my trolling (Which was nothing more than telling Kimlaine she's not really a demon in real life, and she got mad and decided to whine to moderators that I was trolling.) I was banned from her stupid Boredness room, but I wasn't banned from the chat. So I go to sleep, I wake up the following day and log in and Drew says "Hey aren't you supposed to be banned?" And I respond with "I don't know am I?" (And I wasn't being a smart ass I actually didn't know.) and then I was permanently banned. Then I come on this forum to figure out why I was permanently banned and you guys tell me I was ban evading. That's totally not fair at all, I was upset and pissed off just like anyone else would be if that happened to them. I wasn't being racist I wasn't threatening anybody, (Except for me threatening to hack my way in.) But I'm not even a hacker I can barely spell properly as I'm sure you guys have come to notice. I just said that out anger because of all negative feedback I have been receiving. If I was then yeah I could see myself being permanently banned. But for telling someone that they aren't a cat demon? Like comon'. That's the only reason I got pissed and said all the shit I said on here was because like that other "Lightning" dude said "I feel like I'm being overlooked." and I even apologized to everyone on this forum, I've told you I have turned a new leaf but it seems you've grown to hate me because I keep nagging to get back in. And I really have changed I just want to RP guys, You've taken away my ultimate source of entertainment and you did an awesome job of making me pay. But must I keep serving time for petty crimes? It's always the same people responding to my posts and it's always negative shit, no matter how nice I am no matter what I say. That's unfair. How much more do you guys want to punish me? When is enough enough? I said I was truly sorry I have clearly served enough time to realize what I have done was wrong. But I will continue to wage my obviously losing battle for RP, but nobody likes a quitter. Please I beg someone, anyone to just please show me a shred of compassion and consider temporarily lifting my ban so I can leave you guys alone and just do my own thing. please. They've given you a response, Knight. Your status obviously hasn't changed because the administration doesn't feel you should be unbanned. It's as simple as that. Now there's no further reason to question it. Obviously, you're not going to be unbanned regardless of how long you continue this.

So you haven't technically been banned for a year, not even half a year really yet. Just thought I'd point this out to you, if you intend to continue to plead your case to the mods.

Also Knight, even if Web Janitor for whatever reason thought you deserved to be unbanned (Perhaps if someone struck him over the head a few to many times with an extremely heavy object, a large brain tumor, sticking to many crayons in his ear or up his nose like homer Simpson or what have you) he can't...I at one point appealed to him for a former friend of mine and his response was something along the lines of not having anything to actually do with the banning and unbanning of people on The Keep. He doesn't get involved with the affairs of the moderators for anything least of all someone who threatened to do something which is a permanent ban offense. Also this isn't a system of justice or a democracy or any such thing if the moderators deem you've broken the rules or just been a complete and total asshole to everyone or did something that could potential harm tk (Such as "Hacking") they can permantly ban you and no amount of apologies or 'turning a new leaf' can alter this fact.

Another point you brought up was that someone came on to the forums and vouched for you, this person had a single post...the one where 'she' posted, three whole lines in your defense. I would actually accuse her of being you in disguise but the writing styles differ fairly greatly, she didn't cram her entire post into almost one line and there's spaces between bits of it...no offense but I doubt many people will be capable of reading that thing you wrote, hard as hell when there's no spacing in that big a thing. Anyway. The point here is that it wouldn't matter if fifty people vouched for you when Dalton and before him my ex-friend Matt were banned, Matt for something seriously iffy at best with contradicting evidence, it didn't matter. Matt had something like fifteen people speak up for him INCLUDING one of the moderators, I won't metion which one because I am unsure if A she is a moderator and B if I remember her forum name right or not.

If you're friends wish to role play with you I might suggest Haven or Iron City, perhaps cyber chat as God awful as it is over there, it might be better than nothing there is the odd good role play on it. Rook said no as did another global moderator I suggest you simply get over it and learn to live without TK.

So... ah... besides this whole drama going on with Knight and whatever his deal is... I'm having an issue that a lot of people on this thread are having.

To my knowledge, I've never done anything to get banned. Sure, I've been a bitch to certain people because hey, that's just how I am, but nothing to get me actually banned.

I'm a comic book nerd, so of course I hopped on the X-Men boat when I saw the RP was up. They killed Phoenix off because she was too OP (go figure), but they were allowing me to make Exodus, who's the most OP of the OP ever to have been OP'd. Anyway, that's not the point. Tangent. Sorry. The point is, I successfully registered his name, and then became banned, along with all my other zillions of handles. I sent an e-mail, but I'm way impatient so twenty minutes later (after having getting side-tracked by reading random forum posts), I'm here to do my thang.

Soooo, yeah. I'm guessin' that the handle "Exodus" was banned pre-Marleeation, so when I picked it up (not knowing it was banned), I got the BAN SLAM all over again. If one of you guys can work your magic with your uber awesome mod powers... this Marvel fangirl would be much obliged.

Out of curiousity, do the mods of tk EVER visit this forum? I have been looking through it all day and haven't found one to be able to contact directly, but maybe I am just looking for it wrong. I want to talk to someone. I COMPLETELY by accident spammed a room, and when speaking to Gui in the ooc lobby met with tottal intolerance, whatever I said was responded to by what might have been as simple as " You did it, I ban you! I hate spammers, wrar! " Anyways. In my defence my spam was the word "wanker" in three full word limit blocks, two seconds, in a nearly empty room, where everyone was lurking. Is such a thing so serious as to be met and punished to such a degree? I apologized for it, as it was an accident. Anyways, I guess I am satisfied enough for atleast finaly having a reason behind my being banned. Though, would like to know how long this banning will last. If anyone has the least bit of sympathy could you please ask one of the mods/admins on tk to give me a look?
