Saying hi would have worked, spamming on yahoo messanger IMs you can just close the screen and whatnot so its not a big issue. Anywho...

and if you have something you coppied you can hold ctrl and tap V to past it repeatedly. Uhm... When I was doing that on yahoo I didnt notice the screens switched so I was hitting that, and enter, before the window poped and I paused, realizing there was already three entered on tk.

Spamming is grounds for banning for you,me and everyone else. It doesn't matter what word you spammed or if it was by accident you still get the ban hammer. If this is your first offense I'd guess that it's a ten day ban at most, maybe a thirty if you said something stupid...like argued with a mod but usually it's between 10-30 day ban for your first offense depending on what you did. So I suggest until someone answers to not spam this thread with useless information and just wait for a mod to get back to you on it but again probably between ten and thirty days.

PS:I am not a mod I have just been watching enough to have learned roughly what people get depending on what they do, how many offenses they have and so forth but I am in no way a mod and what I am saying here is not official in any fashion.

Yeah but dood, even if you weren't in the chat when you said it, he's repeating it cause he's saying you know what ban evasion is. Even if you didn't commit said ban evasion, you show a knowledge of knowing what it is, and thus that's more to add onto your sentence for being banned...plus, I'm pretty sure saying that you're back on the chat (true or not) is like saying "I haxxed you! Ha!" doesn't matter if you're joking around with them or being completely legit, you said it. They take that seriously....like the FBI and bomb threats, they frown on them all equally (if not more so on the jokes).

If they honestly didn't know they were banned, then I'm sure the mods would take that into account - but if they knew they were banned, and evaded the ban for whatever reason, then...

No. I'm not saying you're spamming because of modifying your post. After reading the entire thread, you keep repeating the same diatribe over and over and over again. That is why I am saying you're spamming. You've been given the answer you required. If there are other people having issues, I suggest you give them the link to the thread. I'm sure the moderators would much rather communicate with the people who have the issues instead of a by-proxy arbiter.

And, for the record, I do not have a need to be "witty." Nothing I have said has been "witty" - simply the truth.

And if they were logged from a home computer, it would say they were banned once they tried to log in again.
