To whom it may concern,

First off I'd like to say I'm sorry for posting this here but I tried to "Contact Staff" from The Keep website and I was unsure about the delivery of my message since it said to bring it here. Now having said that here is my story..

I was banned from The Keep about a week and a half ago for talking OOCly in an RP room, and I was just wondering how long I am banned for. The user name I was under was "Knight". I am really apologetic about this whole situation and I have learned my lesson about breaking the rules on site. If you could maybe lift my ban and let me join the realm again I would be very much in debt to you,

I have some friends in there that I am unable to contact and would like to see them again. I was having a bad day and I was frustrated with the situation at hand and acted in a way that I now regret having come to my senses. Technically I have no excuse and I am aware of that, But I can only ask you for forgiveness and start fresh if you let me.
Thank you for your time,

-= Knight =-

PS: My Email address is Marshall.84@Live.com, I hope you can decide on a quick decision and get back to me, when you have the time of course.

I want to add to that, I was talking OOCly but I was also swearing and being rude. (Light Trolling.)
But I'm not a troll I want you to know that. When I first came to this site I got alot of people talking smack to me for stupid reasons like over my screen name and harassing me though at the time I had no idea how this whole system had worked. Naturally I retaliated to how I was being treated which made some believe I was a troll. In the end I got a pretty bad reputation out of it but have been trying to keep my nose clean so to speak. Though the night I was banned I was just a night I should have logged off and kept to myself. I don't remember what I said though none of it was at all rascist, I swore a bit and posted a character entry that had alot of swearing in it but nothing over the top. Again I'm sorry about this but I am only human, and people make mistakes, but mistakes are made so you learn from them and don't make them again. In a way I feel being banned for this long is a little unfair seeing how I have whitnessed worse acts than what I have done that have gone by seemingly unnoticed, I am not in any way trying to justify myself I am simply giving you the full story and understanding from my perspective.

You're in probably the wrong forum - generally, this kind of thing goes in the sticky in the Discussion forum.

I'm an Ombudsman. I investigate; I only very rarely legislate (and only in a committee, no man is an island and all that).
