Somewhere along the lines I think people forgot that they're roleplaying with other people, and not just themselves.

An interesting point Jason and sorry Rusti, I realize I probley sounded somewhat defensive in my last post, which is foolish I grant you. I tend to do a para or more on average, if only due to the fact I enjoy writing, though I have yet to do anything over a para in entrance. I'm unable to fathom why someone would, I mean it just makes no sense, Im not going to go to the trouble of reading an 8 paragraph post as an entrance. I somehow doubt anyone else would either, although that is just my opinion. As far as I am concerned two lines can hold as much meaning as three paragraphs and while three paragraphs can, I admit be far more enjoyable to read, it makes the rper no better or worse than someone doing two lines. Thats my two cents on it, but yea in case your wondering Rusti, I play a vain, egotistical, stuck up and has her head so far up her own ass she thinks the sun shines out of it, villian. >.> So my posts tend to be filled with that, more so its because what she thinks lol.

I posted only full-posts for a good portion of the time a couple nights ago. There was a lot of clumsily-inserted, redundant fluff in my posts. Things also progressed very slowly with my interactions.

This is evidence, if not proof, that full-post RP is severely flawed and not conducive to a smooth session.

I'd have to agree. You can post the same thing in one or two lines that you can in eight. There's just a lot less filler that really doesn't matter anyway.
