So, what's going on with tK?

I've started getting a few redlights here and there, no big deal. Whatever. Then tK just ... stopped working. It wouldn't show new posts, but it also wasn't redlighting. I thought maybe it was the banner ad, so I blocked that frame entirely (before it was there, but ... just not showing?).

If I post something, all of the posts I missed show up all at once and mine at the bottom. But, it's like I have to tell it to refresh.

Someone asked if I'd changed my refresh rate - I don't know how to do this, so I guess no.

Someone else suggested clearing the cache on Firefox. I did this and it doesn't seem to have helped.

For what it's worth, I have the not-brand-new version of FF.

Any ideas?

You can alter your refresh by using /refresh [time]. So like /refresh 15, for instance. That command might prompt it to refresh when it sticks.

But, sometimes it refreshes normally and sometimes it doesn't.

So. I'm also getting these crazy Chat-like Flu symptoms.
Started last night. I logged in around 12 am and I noticed, between myself and nexxushost there seemed to be a delay in connecting... it would take forever to refresh.

At the moment, I cannot be in the chat, for more than Two to Three minutes, before I am unable to send text (And it gets stuck in my text bar every time), Cop a green light (Which may go away, but I only start the process again), Cop a Red light (Where I have to log out and back in, on to have this all start again.)

And this happens during a 5 to 7 minute period. Constantly.
OH. And the Banner ads just... die. And sometimes the chat turns into very simply colours/fonts. Crazy shit.

Aaaanyway.
Hate you all, and this chat.
Go screw a cow.
Hope my explanation helps with technical stuff.

About 2 or something weeks ago, tK decided to reject FireFox... though the way it did so was like this: I make a post, every thing's fine, come the second post or refresh and that's it. Everything just 'stops' (and I never received red/greenlights in the past, either. So this just boggles my brain).

IE is a different story though. TK works fine, no red/greenlights, nothing. But then, I'm not a fan of IE so~ screw tK... for awhile (I'll still be going on every now and then... when I feel like it >>).

Opera works fine, and much better than IE

I love how the solution is to download more extraneous crap to use.

Problem SOLVED.

^--- Using firefox. Having no problems. Doesn't know what's up with you people. Maybe it's a bad extension. However is also using Firefox 2 still. Not 3. and even if he did use 3, he'd utterly uninstall 2 first, THEN install 3.

I'm using FireFox 3 and I'm not having any issues. It's probably your computer, not the server.
