I'd probably take two movies I hadn't seen, on the basis that I haven't seen them yet.

But what if I didn't like these movies?

A bit of a puzzle. Hmm.

They'd both be pornos because they can be repetitive as much as they want but we know we're not watching for the story.

I'd go with Boondock Saints and Zatoichi:Blind Swordsman. It might Blind Swordsman Zatoichi, but whichever way around it was, it was a fun crazy movie.  Grin

All About Lily Chou-Chou and Annie Hall.

Maybe Watchmen if that turns out okay.

Star Wars Episode III and The Princess Bride.

Or Boondock Saints and Aladdin.

Any two of those four, really.

Milo & Otis and Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

The former was a childhood favorite. Land Before Time and the Little Mermaid get honorable mentions.

Pain and pleasure, yes, of course, but there are others, too. Cruelty, humiliation, dominance... and compassion and kindness. It took all of these, to make truly exquisite music. That was the part so few understood.

Shawn of the Dead.

Willow.

I figure, if I can only have two movies, then I'll get my fix of seriousness from a book.

On that note, Altered Carbon should be a movie.

So should the Illuminatus Trilogy. And Powers' Last Chance. The former you could rewatch over and over again and always find new bits.

You mean Last Call? Cause that would make a kick ass movie. Or a really fucked up and watchable episode of CSI.

The Fountain. The other's a hard choice. Maybe Hitchhiker's Guide or Ghostdog.

Why is it that everyone seems to hate The Fountain.  I thought it was a wonderful film.  The writing of that screenplay was superb.  You can all jump in a pit.
