To let the cat out of the bag, I've been RPing since like 1992, easy.
Most of that time I spent doing speed fights, SIM, Retro, Tech-5, stuff like that. Something like a bit of nostalgia for anyone who may have been around on the original AOL chats before they went asunder with ch00blettes.
I remember being involved in a form of roleplay similar to Para-RP, but not quite as involved or in depth towards characters as the denizens of TK.
I had, several times, played the role of Vegeta, Bardock, Piccolo, one time as Broly, and even managed to take up a Multi-role as Cell, Frieza and Cooler all in one series of posts.
I made one 'Original' DBZ related character, named him Burkyn, who was a Saiyan that still had his tail and everything. Never made it to SSJ at all...stuck with the Oozaru form by using that (can't remember the name) attack which imitates the moon or something.
That was back around between '92-'96.
No offense meant to anyone, but even before I made my 'original' character related to DBZ and the ilk, there were hundreds of others who'd already created characters of similar stature. That goes for YuYu Hakusho, X-Men, and anything else you could probably think of.
...but, from what I've seen on TK...I can honestly, godd stricken sincerely say that this place has the far more superior holders of talent regarding the subject. Canon or otherwise, this is probably the best RP site I've seen in any of my experiences.
