Not that it will happen, though the idea's been popping up in my head for a while now.

It's happening. For each vote Lit receives, I will give her a pie.

Right, well.

Taking this into a more serious consideration. It'd help to have more mods around to help keep things in order when others might not be on. It'd help to have a mod who's not exclusively a Lobby regular or who is a multi-room user, if anything just to curb suspicion of biases. (Because it DOES happen.) And several other users have expressed support for me being a mod, so...
I know that asking for a modship is a surefire way not to get it, but if the offer was extended, I'd like to help out.
If anyone would agree or disagree with it, or even if they're on the fence, I'd like to know. Not to say that "If I get to be a mod then everything will be sunshine and rainbows and unicorn farts." But I think I could help. Or someone else like me could help out.

Coming soon... "What do you think about Juri for admin?"

I'm for it. purely for the roughly ten minutes of amusement it will bring me before they realize how horrific a mistake they made.

I'm not sure whether I should take offense, or nod in agreement.... I'm just gonna nod in agreement. But yeah, moderatorship should be sprung on people. Nominees should not get to nominate nor vote for themselves, just BAM "Hey you're a mod now, try that shit out." if they do a good job, they get the job. If they cause chaos.... They're not likely doing as bad a job as I would.

As an insignificant TK user I've noticed that there are either a few moderators online, or none at all.
Since I don't really know the moderators, I may be wrong- but it seems most of them are American/Canadian and thus, follow the same timezones?? Maybe people who can be online when they arent should be modded.

Unfortunately, in this case, not Lit.

Just throwing it out there, don't bash me or steal and devour all my pies. Sad

No, that's a really good point. Someone who's out on the other side of the world (or at least far enough away to be active during low traffic times) would be much more ideal. And that's not me.

We really do need a neutral territory mod. Whether it's me (which it most likely won't be) or someone else entirely. Or a few of them, really.

Or somebody with an odd schedule; I'm not going to nominate myself, because I'd honestly rather not be a mod (I have a temper that I actually try to keep a handle on, but sometimes have to just look away for a while, and would probably end up punishing people for being dumb more than anything, so... don't do it, faggots), but I'm going to use myself as an example: I work nights, and thus my social life is... uh... rather limited, while my sleep schedule is absurd, leading to me being on tK in the wee hours pretty much all the time, despite being in the Eastern US.

I'll vote you for mod when you can look at using a glitch to get around a ban and go "Nah, I shouldn't."

Lit, why would you WANT to be a mod, anyway? Look at how thankless it is, and people start thinking you're a wanker.

Yeah, I don't see why people want to be mods.
Not only to all of them get bashed for one thing or another, but they waste their time on an unpaid job.
