Okay I registered a new character and it seems that the name had a ban attached to it. Anyway now none of my accounts will work and because we were sharing the computer my husband's aren't either. Effected accounts include; Jade~, TopazShade, Onyx, Morganite, and Karena. I did talk to Moondog about this problem, but I'm still having it and I would appreciate it if someone could help us out. Thanks.

I'm having similar trouble. When I try to login I get a message saying I have been banished, when I have never even spoken to a mod. I did recently register the user name Anon, perhaps that's the issue? I'd appreciate it if a Mod could take a look.

Hello, I'm new to the site since about 5 minutes ago.
I created a new character and trying logging into chat, and couldn't get in, It would be appreciated if someone could fix that.
I'm almost certain that I put in the password correctly. My Character name is the same as my Name on here. Lensor.

Having checked the name Lensor, you have not somehow inadvertently registered a banished name, and should not have any difficulty entering the chat.
What exactly happens when you attempt to log-in? Are you greeted with a 'Your Password/Log-In is Incorrect' screen, or does it not go anywhere, or what, exactly?
As I cannot fix anything regarding passwords (but I can request this is done), I suggest registering another name (copy paste the password in a word document, so you don't end up making any mistakes or lose it!) and attempting to enter again. It should work.

It's saying "You typed an incorrect password." whenever I try to log in, and just stays on the main screen. I'm using Mozilla Firefox with Ad-block, but that doesn't seem to be it, because I tried it again in Google Chrome and got the same error. I really don't seem to think I forgot the password that soon after entering it, but maybe I did.
I'll try a new character a little later, trying the password in word. Thank you for your help.
