Vivi recently joined the staff as a trial Global Moderator. As a Global, you have had a few weeks to evaluate how well he performs in that role. Like all staff members, trial staff are given a poll to determine how well they are performing. A Global Moderator's responsibilities include the following: - Enforcing the AUP fairly, and consistently.
- Resolving disputes between users.
- Making new users feel welcome and helping them figure out the ropes.

This voting may not be too effective, given that the majority of active users in here are common residents of the OOC Lobby.
However, from what I have seen and experienced, Vivi is doing a good job.

We might be from the Mainhall, but ask any Mainhaller, and they will tell you that "Vivi" is usually fair and helps new persons, especially when we're too busy just being a-holes. <3 Veevs  |

On the few occasions when I clear data from my computer and log into the MainHall instead of the Lobby, I've seen Vivi be a pretty cool dude, but I don't think I've ever seen him do anything remotely resembling moderator-like duties. So I'm voting just that, that I haven't interacted with him.
This has been Icon, and I've contributed nothing to this in the least. Thank you.

I have personally been on the brunt end of Vivi at least wielding the AUP, so firsthand, I can and most definitely will speak in that he enforces the AUP when it is needed, and enforces it fairly.
Vivi's place as a global moderator, given his ready availability and his knowledge of the AUP, is well-earned, I believe.
To complement this, having multiple Global Mods in each OOC hub (MainHall and the OOC-Lobby) is a good show of both moderating the OOC rooms and showing ready availability from both rooms, and since the MainHall is the automatic log-in placement, it helps to have moderators appear there. It's no secret that there is a very basic schoolyard tension between select users of each room as well, so for both to have representatives is in no way a poor move.
He gets my 'Yes' vote.
