Edit: Syn weighed in. Edit edit: Our abstainer ceased abstaining.
Of the 5 moderators who spoke on the topic (not including myself), we've got 4 people saying 'the ban stays', and 1 for 'sure why not'. "19:01:34 [Moondog whispers to Username Withheld] Hm. I tell you what, I've already made my mind up, perhaps somewhat unreasonably, so I'm going to remove my decision from the running. Therefore, I'm going to leave the ban in place (for now), and bring it up with the rest of the moderation staff. If one of them agrees that permanent banishment is too harsh, I'll relent and knock it down to thirty days." When you say, "Sure why not", is that saying that yes, take the ban down to 30 days?
In any case, I don't believe that his actions warranted such a harsh punishment. He's already been banned for over a week. Un-ban him, imo.I think that "sure why not" is a "sure why not keep him banned" (which I'm not particularly fond of the colloquial way that decision was stated. It may not be important to some. But it's important to me.) and while I can agree with you here, I really wouldn't mind a 30 day ban. Maybe even longer. I don't agree with the fact that I was banned at all, but again, that's up to the mods to decide if I'm in the wrong. If the ban gets turned over I'll do my best in the future to be more discreet with how I talk to people, or just not talk at all. But like I said, even a 30 day ban is a gross overkill for the actual "transgression" , but I am responsible for my history as a griefer, so I would understand it. I just don't want it to be permanent. Despite my history I'm a good role player and I've made a serious effort to be a driving role in the RP community.

Maybe I'll give you the answer when you broaden your mind.
Right. You don't know how to answer so you want to attack me on some level that has....zero capability of being remotely funny or witty in any way, whatsoever; oddly enough this reflects your entire nature as a person in general. Somehow I'm reminded of being forced to watch re-runs of tv shows I never liked when I was younger. You're desperate for attention. That's all you had to say.
