Are you're doing is complaining about their/our complaining. This is accomplishing even less than those of us trying to make valid points to help strengthen/better understand the AUP so that it serves those who frequent TK. Yeah, true. Some people are just QQ'ing and kicking up shit because they're douche-bags. But just because some people are stupid, doesn't mean that they don't bring up subjects that should be discussed. Get off your high horse and shut the hell up. No one's asking you to go into any of these threads or read any of these posts. And some of us have legitimate issues that we want discussed. Because good or bad, after 5+ years on a site partaking in the community. "Just get over it, it's just a web-chat" doesn't quite cut it. It's not "Just a web chat" to me. It's not "Just a web chat" to a lot of people here. |

Honestly, other than the chatting---which is fun, don't you guys think that this place is kind of limited? I mean, it's a fun filler/added thing to do (because I CONSTANTLY multitask), but beyond that why are so many people so addicted?
If you have friends, can't you keep in touch with them outside of tK? I'm just saying, unless you really dig for it, this place isn't very rewarding. Not like say, building a birdhouse might be.
I simply don't understand, but I don't use this place for the same reasons, I'm sure. What are everyone elses'?

I pretty much have no social life or friends outside of tK (well, except for this one guy that I hardly talk to because they just keep ranting about their medical bills and how everything is fucking them over. Also, that suddenly decides he wants to come hang out whenever he sees me playing something new).
Still, I think I'd probably end up getting along fine if I got banned. I hardly pay attention to it, some days, but it's just... where I go to not be alone, even if it's just the internet. I've been doing it for... about six years, I guess. Seven, maybe. It's just a place.
... I know I'd probably get more shit done if I did get banned. Hah.

It, along with a few other things, is the cushion between my daily grinds. Something to do. Skype me and see how srs I sound about issues on tK. Because this chat is important to me and I would like to rejoin the community as someone who abides by the rules so I might stick around for good.
