Don't make a new chat but develop the ones you have idling around? Haven, etc, etc but modless, would that mean that there wouldn't any type of rules or enforcement?
I imagine there would be rules, but mostly just the ones that prevent the FBI from sticking their noses in.
You'd probably need a pretty heavy disclaimer at the 'front door.' People would be getting into the chat at their own risk, and that the owners/operators aren't liable for whatever goes on inside, etc. etc.
I also suppose, there would still be bannable offenses, who's to say what those would be though?
