Is it just me,or are the mods supposed to warn you, and ask you to remove your picture before banning you from the keep? And I would like to know how long my friend will be banned for. I made this profile to get a laugh out of them, and I was at her IP address and then she got banned too. She was mad at me and she also would like to know how long she will be banned for. I do not wish to come back on, due to the annoying mods and the /banning with no warning, but she wishes to return to the keep, for reasons I do not know. My email is in my profile, the mod who banned me, I request that you contact me and then maybe release my friends ban, due to my fault. I apologized to her on multiple accounts but she requested that I help her get un-banned. I am upset that my friend is unhappy with me, I do not want any advice, I just want the mod to contact me so I can clear all this up. Please and thank-you.

If you got banned for being an asshat and your friend got burned for it, you deserve all the scorn you get from her.
Mods may warn a user and request they remove content from their profile, unless it appears that a user is acting solely to disrupt the chat, or flagrantly breaks the rules, or just straight up ignores the initial warning.
The length of the ban depends on just what you paraded around with. You may PM either Xachariah, Kill Boy or me with any information regarding this event. A log would be best, but your account of the events doesn't leave much promise for one.

If a mod messages me, and asks for her email, then I will gladly give it to the mod, but if I just post it on this board, I know she will be the most unhappy with me. I know what I did was wrong, but I didn't mean to screw anything up. I didn't say anything offensive, and I know exactly what I did, and I do not wish to return.

I know I deserve to be scorned, and I know that she has a reason to be upset with me, but I'm hoping that helping her get back on will help her understand that I did not mean to get her banished. I wasn't being an "asshat", I said maybe three words to the public, and The rest of the time I spent whispering my friends. I can't get on TK, nor can my friend, so I can not "PM you" if that's what you meant by that (That's where I hear it most often, so I am going to assume that is what you meant.) I feel genuinely sorry about getting her banned, but I thought it would only ban my computer, not her laptop too.I was given NO warning, as the rules say will be given. |

Those rules are outdated now. The new AUP you will find in the Politika forum, as those took effect about a week ago.
And the way bans work, the network that the banned member is on is what is get banned, not the computer itself. Individual computers only have IPs within as opposed to outside of that network.
That said, when I suggested you PM me or one of my contemporaries, I meant here on the forums. Here, I will open channels with you and you can give me her e-mail. I will contact her and sort this mess.

Is this a matter of where you had been banned instantly from the site with no word/explanation from a moderator? Or did you happen upon finding that you were banned in your next login? There's also the possibility that a previously banned name was registered and carried over.

One second I was on, And then It kicked me out saying "You have been banished from this room or the chat" which I expected to happen, but my friend didn't due to her just talking in OOC in the !!Sitting_Around!! Room (Sp?) and then she packed up and left after telling me I should know better and that she didn't plan on talking to me until she had figured out how to fix this mess. I felt bad, came on here and am trying to sort it out. But in all honesty, I didn't expect her to be banned too.  |

I believe I deserved for her to be upset with me. I knew better, and she told me that I should not do what I did, but I did anyway. I posted a picture in my profile which I thought would get a few laughs, and then get my computer Banned. not the whole system. I feel bad and I am trying to fix it.
