Other fonts would get annoying.

Imagine some A-hole with some weird ass font that you can't read AND with bright yellow text.

I think, Musician, that they mean to alter the font entirely for everyone, not give every user their own choice. Because that'll just be a clusterfuck of wtf.

I honestly like the font currently. I never cared too much for serif fonts on web pages, especially given my resolution can sometimes make some text harder to read with serifs on them. Granted only a little, but still annoying. I like the forum font, it would eliminate the I/l issue without adding unnecessary shit to EVERY letter

This is pretty much my point in this thread. The forum font is perfect for tK but tK uses some weird ass backwards font which confuses lowercase Ls for Is.

These two fonts are pretty much the same. There are only some minimal differences between them and most find it hard to tell them apart. I know that Microsoft took the Helvetica font and then developed it into Arial, and so some typeset experts have developed hatred towards Arial.

However, I have read about these two fonts and almost everywhere typography experts and book editors say we should never chose Arial but Helvetica, but they do not give a reason, they just say to avoid using Arial as it tends to give problems.

I do not like one particlar font over the other but whenever I chose Helvetica in Microsoft Office Word, the application tends to switch it back to Arial every now and then without me noticing. I would like to ask any typography expert out there why book editors advise to avoid using Arial and I would also like to know how to prevent Word from switching Helvetica to Arial... I would also like to ask you about your opinion on these two fonts and whether you prefer one over the other. If so, please justify your choice...

Thanks in advance.

Heck, I just want a font on tK that actually shows a difference between a lower case L and an upper case I, like the font on this forum uses for example. That's pretty much all I'm asking for in this thread. I'm not actually fussed about which font is technically better.
