Cannot Sign On "Banned"

Hey! My friend Larisa (/whois Discord) and I were having issues the other day with a "you have been banned from this chat" error when logging in after making a /whois Cortez name.  That Cortez name was apparently on the BANNED list, and it froze up my entire IP address and all screen names attached to it. The error was resolved the day before yesterday, and then, when I tried to sign on with on of my names, /whois Lori_Grimes, it locked back up on me.  I was able to sign in all yesterday, then suddenly after trying to log in with the Lori_Grimes, i was locked out once again. My screen names are as follows: (sorry for the multiples)

Carter
Tessa:
Lori_Grimes
Alice`

The bans attached to that IP should be removed by now.
