What are YOU thankful for?

To me, this is just another Thursday.
Either way, happy eatin', and have a nice Turkey Day.

I'm thankful all those jerks that ask this and make me half ass an insincere answer will eventually die of something.

I'm thankful for finally finding an MMA gym that will actually train, condition, and overall prepare me to get in the cage instead of trying to suck my bank account dry. To have coaches that genuinely care for your well being and are honest about where you stand skill wise, willing not to throw you into a pit for the wolves to descend, making it very clear that someone is better than you at some point. Having great people to train with at varying levels of skill, that aren't arrogant, have a similar attitude, and are as insightful and willing to help you surpass your current potential by advising you with the things they've learned. Finally having a place to go to get rid of that excess energy which seems to constantly get me into trouble and to be in a world of like minded individuals who understand the value of respecting the competition and being able to shut out the loud-mouthed assholes who couldn't lift a fist to save their life in a real fight.

I'm thankful for being humbled back into reality and understanding that being motivated and being ready aren't the same. Knowing my current limitations and enabling myself to set more realistic goals in order to support the new foundation I'm building from.

Also, I'm thankful for simply having awesome people around me, everywhere. Most importantly, the haters and poseurs.

Seconded. You sir, deserve a medal.

See I can't usually think of anything and mutter something about my family (that I hate)

It's hard to be thankful for anything and seem sincere when everything seems so cliche. Even if it's about something you hate, lol.
