The sky is the limit in the small island town of Fuwoka; where those who are ages 13 through 15 live out their lives free of adult supervision and other crippling burdens of responsibility. The kids on Fuwoka are all highly intelligent and live in harmony with the island and each other. Though there are squabbles, they never end up in violence or harmful words.
The wind is always cool against your skin, bringing a warm breeze from somewhere beyond the sea. The birds chirp merrily to their own sing-song tune, the waves gently washing up to the shore. Tropical fish permeate in the ocean, their colorful green, blue, purple and yellow bodies sliding through the clear waters. Flowers of all exotic types grow on the trees, mountains dot the landscape.
